Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the gadget in its original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all included accessories, chargers, and manuals are placed inside the box.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized shipping location; once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
